Krom Gender: Male
Age: Adult
Species: Anchiceratops ornatus
Home: Canada, 75 million years ago
Lifestyle: Lives in a herd
Type and diet: Marginocephalian, herbivore
Rank: Leader
Appearance: Krom is a large, heavily built, strong ceratopsian. More than 6 meters long and weighing in at around 4.2 tons, he is the largest member of his family group. He has a long, bony frill, which has two hollow openings inside, as well as two longer horns above his eyes, for defense, and a smaller one on his muzzle. He has a large beak, which is effective in tearing off leaves from the overgrowth. His legs are short and stocky, but his pelvis is very large. His main coloration is gray, while a blue streak runs down his back and his underbelly is white. His head is colored bright green with black patterns over it, to let others know that he is the leader.
Family: Mate, two offspring(male and female)
History: Krom was raised in a small herd of Anchiceratops. He spent most of his juvenile years learning which plants are edible and how to protect himself, socializing, learning the dinosaur species of his home etc. His mother was an average-ranked female, so his future with the herd was quite grim. Upon adolescence, he was exiled from his herd by the leader, so that the latter will get rid of competition.
All that time in exile, Krom spent alone. He fed himself, protected himself from large carnivores, migrated alone, until a rutting season came. He stumbled upon a herd of around 12 Anchiceratops's and a male leading. He was lod, and Krom felt the urge to mate and challenged the old male to a duel. The younger, stronger Krom won, and the old male was then deteriorated into a scout, and Krom became the leader.
Now, the herd counts 16, along with the older male as a scout, 9 adult females, 1 adolescent, 5 juveniles(2 being Krom's) and Krom, the alpha male himself!

Rp Sample: The Sun dawned over Cretaceous Alberta, and yawns could be heard in the nearby woods. The forset awoke and the birds began to chirp, and a Pterosaur screech signaled the beginning of a new day. Among the yawning dinosaurs were a herd of Anchiceratops. The most conspicuous of them was an adult male named Krom. He had a large, colorful head, distinguished shoulders and yellow eyes. He is the herd's leader: for four long years, he guided them through the cretaceous world. An today, it's is just another day of foraging and moving, because migration is only a week away, and the animals have to eat as much as possible to keep their energy up for the journey ahead.
